Herbert Dubuisson has been helping families, organizations and businesses achieve their goals in real estate since 1999. Today his primary focus is helping Gardner Realtors create the life they love. Born into a real estate family, Herbert continues the legacy of unparalleled service and outstanding results Herb and Patsy Dubuisson began 45 years ago, now as the Regional Sales Manager/Broker for Gardner, Realtors! Having won nearly every award the real estate industry offers he is most proud of being nationally recognized as a 30 under 30 honoree by "Realtor Magazine"; being the youngest inductee to the Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of Realtors Top Producer Club's Round Table, in the organization's history and being nominated for NOMAR's Manager of the year in 2017, during his first full year in management. He was again nominated in 2019 by Realtors in each of the markets he supports.

In September 2016 Herbert transitioned into Gardner, Realtors leadership assuming the role of Sales Manager/ Broker in the Slidell office. One of Gardner, Realtors' flagship offices, the Slidell office serves all of Southeastern Louisiana and Pearl River County, Mississippi. In September of 2017, Herbert was named Sales Manager / Broker of Gardner Realtors St. Bernard market. He loves the challenge of supporting Realtors in multiple markets that both cover Louisiana and Mississippi. Herbert was appointed Regional Sales Manager / Broker In August 2019. He now provides leadership and support to the managers, staff and Realtors in from East St. Tammany and St. Bernard Parishes the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast!

Herbert earned Leading Real Estate Companies of the World's Certified Leader designation and holds many designations, including: CRB, GRI, LMS, LSS and LSE. Herbert has completed Ninja Leadership Institute training, Ninja Selling Installation, Ninja Leadership Installation, Advanced Leadership Installation and is working to become one of the first Ninja Certified Leaders in the United States. He started his career training with Floyd Wickman's Star Makers program. Herbert loves the training and coaching side of management. He offers constant in office training to help the Realtors he supports create the life they love. In late 2019 he earned his CRB designation. The Certified Brokerage Management Designation is the highest level of professional achievement in real estate brokerage management.

Herbert works very closely with Bay St. Louis Gardner Realtor, Steve Haas, to continue to offer the same Unparalleled Service and Outstanding Results to sellers and buyers in South Mississippi, that are affiliated with the Dubuisson and Gardner brands.Herbert is an active member of the New Orleans Metropolitan, Mississippi Gulf Coast, Pearl River County Associations of Realtors .

He attended high school at St. Stanislaus in Bay St. Louis and then College at Mississippi State University in Starkville. Herbert has served the President of the Mississippi State University Alumni Association - Hancock County Chapter on three different occasions. 

Having a passion for service, Herbert serves on the Board of Directors of the Northshore Area Board of Realtors. He maintains membership in the St. Tammany and Hancock County Chambers of Commerce. He also dedicates time and resources to Hancock County Food Pantry, St. Vincent de Paul Society and St. Tammany Parish Child Protective Services. He is most passionate about bringing hope to the hurting and homeless in our communities through his efforts with the New Orleans Mission. 

Herbert is married to Bevann McCartney Dubuisson. Bevann is on staff with Southeastern Louisiana University's Center for Student Excellence and completed her Master's Science in Counseling in December of 2016. The couple splits their time between St. Tammany Parish and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
