Jennifer Thomas grew up in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, and was destined to be in real estate from the start. Her grandmother, Edith Palmer, was a very successful Realtor. Edith's name is synonymous with real estate on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Jennifer's Grandfather Gerald was also in real estate, a successful broker, in his own right.
After college and working in her grandparent's second business, a successful local seafood company, Jennifer married her high school sweetheart and moved to the Florida Panhandle. In 2012 Jennifer obtained her Florida Real Estate license and began her career in real estate. She decided to become a Realtor after observing her grandparents practice their craft for many years. Jennifer understands that there is no greater feeling than making people happy and truly serving as a guide, and friend, for the biggest financial decision people, will make!
In 2018 Jennifer and her family decided to come home and settled on the eastern end of South Mississippi, in the Jackson County town of Vancleave. Today she works alongside her grandmother Edith and they cover the entire Missississippi Gulf Coast together, as Gardner Realtors.
Jennifer and her husband have four children and she enjoys watching them grow up in the atmosphere that only the Mississippi Gulf Coast can offer. She loves spending time in downtown Ocean Springs in her favorite coffee shop, boating, and spending time with her growing family. Jennifer is a passionate animal lover. She owns three cats and a poodle.
Her goals at work are simple. To help as many people as she can fall in love with the Mississippi Gulf Coast and call it home. Together with Edith, Jennifer would love to help you achieve your goals in real estate.
