The Federal Fibre Mills Unit 324 is very nice. It is 844 sq. ft. of living with a small loft that can be used as an office or guest sleeper. The ceilings are 14ft. high with three large warehouse windows overlooking the park across the street. Some great views and lots of natural light. All the unit is on one level with exposed brick and beams. All woood and tile floors. No Carpet.
Lots of updates completed with the preseent owner. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. The shutters,fans, and unit has been recently painted. The large windows are in living room and the bedroom. The new shutters are really nice. There is also a newer washer and dryer in the larger laundry room. The units in the Federal Fibre Mills Condos all have gated lot parking half a block away.
The unit is close to the elevators from the 3rd floor to the lobby. The Federal Fibre Mills has one of the best common areas in the New Orleans Condo market. The swimming pool, excercise gym, lobby, meeting building,courtyard/garden are great. The manager is on site with her office. The front door is secure with security persons.
The condo fees cover the larger a/c chiller system along with the water and upkeep of the building.
