Welcome!  My name is Kathy Ritter and I have had the pleasure of being a member of the Gardner Realtor's family since 1981. I am a multi-million dollar producer and hold the advanced designation of GRI.  I graduated from LSU with a BS in Marketing. After graduation I worked for a local bank in the marketing department promoting the use and acceptance of major credit cards by our local merchants.  After 5 years I decided to spread my wings and enter the real estate world.  I never looked back!
