You know the secret to a great relationship – SOLD mates. Whether you’re a seasoned real estate investor, purchasing your first home or looking for a new lease in your life, let me be your one-stop-shop. I want to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Let’s face it, shelter is a basic need. All real estate is an investment and it helps to understand your worth as well as the market. If you are a first time homebuyer, let me help you understand your financial feasibility and what it takes to maintain your investment. My relationship with lenders, insurance providers, housing counselors and non-profits, means owning your own home is not out of your reach. If you’re a renter, let me help you find the best location with great amenities. If you’re investor, let me help you discover what’s hot and what’s not-so-hot. Post Katrina, New Orleans neighborhoods are transitioning so fast, even locals are struggling to keep up with the changes. It’s Gardner’s market expertise, proven marketing system, outstanding client service, and notable community involvement that make us successful at building long-term relationships and assisting our clients.
In May 2015, I joined the best to be the best. Gardner is the largest and most successful local (non-franchised) real estate company in Louisiana and Mississippi. For more than 70 years, Gardner has remained homegrown and locally-owned but we’re also internationally known. As a result, we know our market and our industry.
How Did I Get Here?
Although I’m a new real estate agent, I’m not new to the housing industry. Prior to joining Gardner, I worked as a Development Officer for one of the largest affordable housing developers in country, assisting the Senior Vice President of Development in all aspects of project development, including securing financing, community outreach, organizing development teams, and coordinating with housing authorities, finance agencies, and community partners, and the generation of new business. In addition, I serve as a Senior Project Manager, working with local non-profits and developers of new construction and revitalized housing. I’ve also served as the Freret Main Street Manager, where I was responsible for the revitalization of the Freret Street business corridor, including researching, organizing and implementing its Façade Improvement and Cooperative Marketing programs and working with the local small businesses and microenterprises.
Last But Not Least?
I’m a native New Orleanian and a proud mother of three. My education is as follows:
Master of Urban and Regional Planning (Housing and Community Development), University of New Orleans, 2005
Bachelor of Arts (Print Journalism), Loyola University New Orleans, 1993
Rockefeller Redevelopment Foundation Fellow, Center for Urban Redevelopment Excellence (CUREx), University of Pennsylvania, 2009
New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI), Class of 2009
I am a member of the:
National Association of Realtors (NAR)
New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR)
Louisiana Association of Realtors
Preservation Resource Center (PRC)
Come grow with me. Gardner and I look forward to serving you.
